For those of you who live in San Francisco, you definitely know about Lombard Street. And you definitely cross out that route on your way to work. This road was definitely not meant with people's daily commutes in mind. It is curvy, twisty, and has a ton of traffic (and amused tourists) at all times. There is not much to say about this street. It is both a nightmare and popular tourist attraction at the same time. The foliage is quite nice though; the hedges are neat and the pink flowers look very nice with the color of the street. I encourage you, if you're visiting, to walk up, down and around the street instead of driving in a car. The waiting time to get down the street won't be too long, but there is really not much to see here so its not worth your time. However, if you want to add that tick mark to your to-do list, it is completely fine to drive down the "world's crookedest street."
Time to spend: Driving: up to 30 minutes, walking: at most 15 minutes Bottom Line: This crooked street is amusing, and I recommend to walk up or down it. If you're driving, be careful
